On April 13, 2024, the 13th CyberDubna open regional robotics tournament was held on the basis of the Lyceum named after V.G. Kadyshevsky. 14 teams from Dolgoprudny, Dmitrov, Dubna, Protvino, St. Petersburg and Zaprudnya took part in the tournament. The organiser was JINR University Centre.
The teams competed in two disciplines: the younger contestants created models of a smart tunnel that provides reverse passage, and the older ones participated in a robotic biathlon that combined the passage of a robot along a closed line and hitting targets on a shooting range.
During the tournament, a round table was held for team mentors and teachers of additional education, where they discussed the possibilities of expanding the network of educational technical hackathons in order to attract more participants to these events. An action plan using various sites of the Moscow Region was also mapped for the next academic year.
