From 18 to 22 November, 2024, JINR University Centre hosted an International Scientific School for high school students. Ten students from grades 10 and 11 from Dubna and Astana (Kazakhstan) participated.
The students got acquainted with the Joint Institute by visiting an exhibition dedicated to the basic facilities, the Museum of the History of Science and Technology, and the laboratories of Information Technologies, Nuclear Problems, and Nuclear Reactions. They also completed an engineering and physics practical course at the University Centre. The guests from Kazakhstan met with their compatriots working in JINR laboratories.
