On 25-29 September, 2023, the third Science School for Students of the Children’s University of the Egyptian Academy of Scientific Research and Technology was held at JINR.
Throughout the week, the schoolchildren actively explored the laboratories and projects of the Institute, and also had hands-on physics practicums at the JINR University Centre. The guests visited the interactive exhibition “JINR main facilities”, the Laboratory of Information Technologies, the Green Lab of DLNP, the FLNR SHE factory, and the Laboratory of High Energy Physics, where they got acquainted with the NICA mega-science project. A visit of friendship to the Kadyshevsky Lyceum and a trip to Moscow also became part of the School programme. The School ended with the awarding of certificates and presenting of souvenirs to the participants.
